Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
 

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of yoghurt
  • 1 cup of grated white cheese
  • 1 cup of finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of melted margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dry mint (fresh mint can also be used)
  • 2.5 cups of sifted flour


Topping:

  • Sesame, black sesame, poppy seeds...

Recipe:

  • First, whisk the liquid ingredients (egg, yoghurt and oil).
  • Then, to make a thick dough, combine the sifted flour, baking powder, mint, salt, and chili pepper.
  • Finally, combine the grated white cheese and finely chopped parsley.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased flat tray.
  • You can also make cupcakes in muffin molds.
  • Bake slowly for 45 minutes at 160°C in a preheated oven.
  • Place it in the center of the oven and do not open the oven door for half an hour.
  • Then, after ensuring that it is golden brown, and drawn in, remove it from the oven.
