Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup of yoghurt
1 cup of grated white cheese
1 cup of finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of melted margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili pepper
1 tablespoon dry mint (fresh mint can also be used)
2.5 cups of sifted flour
Topping:
Sesame, black sesame, poppy seeds...
Recipe:
First, whisk the liquid ingredients (egg, yoghurt and oil).
Then, to make a thick dough, combine the sifted flour, baking powder, mint, salt, and chili pepper.
Finally, combine the grated white cheese and finely chopped parsley.
Pour the mixture into a greased flat tray.
You can also make cupcakes in muffin molds.
Bake slowly for 45 minutes at 160°C in a preheated oven.
Place it in the center of the oven and do not open the oven door for half an hour.
Then, after ensuring that it is golden brown, and drawn in, remove it from the oven.
