Muzaffer Ersoy, who began trading in the 1960s by selling teleme cheese to a merchant, later began producing Erzincan tulum cheese, of which he is a master, and decided to share his devotion with Anatolia, particularly Ankara.

Mersoy, which aimed to share its experience in tulum cheese production throughout Türkiye and increase brand recognition by adding western Türkiye to its marketing network after 1987, registered its name and quality in 1999 and became the market leader.

Mersoy has been increasing its production volume since 2009 by adding delicious white cheese, cheddar cheese, and local cheeses to its product range. Muzaffer Ersoy's children took over their father's mastership in 1996, maintaining their father's wisdom, devotion, and quality with the same vision and sense of responsibility.

Mersoy, with its mark on milk, will remain indispensable for delectable and blessed meals, just as it was 60 years ago.
